Frequently asked
Can every USB-C port really do 100W at the same time?
Each USB-C port is rated to 100W on its own, and the station has 520W of total headroom to share. With eight devices connected, the internal power IC allocates what each one negotiates — so a laptop that asks for 100W gets it while phones and earbuds draw what they need.
Will it charge my laptop?
If your laptop charges over USB-C Power Delivery — MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13"/14"/15"/16", Surface Pro, most Windows ultrabooks, Chromebooks and the Steam Deck — yes, at up to 100W.
Why does it get warm?
Delivering hundreds of watts produces heat; GaN produces far less of it than silicon, and the station has a temperature sensor plus over-temperature protection. Warm to the touch under heavy load is normal. Hot enough to be uncomfortable is not — unplug it and email us.
What's in the box?
The 520W charging station, a detachable 5ft / 1.5m AC power cord, a 100W USB-C to USB-C cable, and the user manual.
Which regions is it certified for?
FCC (US), CE (EU), UKCA (UK), RoHS, SAA (AU/NZ) and cULus. Input accepts 100–240V, so it works worldwide with the right AC cord for your socket.
Warranty
Realtop charging hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for 18 months from the date of purchase. If a unit fails within that window under normal use, we replace it — you keep the faulty one, no return shipping.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, disassembly, or use with a non-compliant AC cord. To open a claim, email support@realtop.tech with your order number and a short description of what happened.
